to receive life in Christ

Life in Christ is a gift that we receive through faith. Life in Christ is sustained and nurtured as we abide in Him through receiving His Word, His Spirit, and His Sacraments.

But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved (Ephesians 2:4-5).

to reorient everything around life in Christ

We invite our community to reorient their lives in response to receiving the gift of Christ’s life especially by living into four essential rhythms: robust worship, true formation, healthy community, and redemptive mission.

They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer (Acts 2:42).

Rhythms of Life

A life of robust Worship

We invite our church into a lifestyle of robust worship anchored in the essential rhythm of Sunday morning Eucharist, wherein we gather to pray, confess, serve, sing, and receive Him in His Word, His Spirit, and His Sacraments. This rhythm anchors our life in Christ.

A life of True formation

Our mission begins with “to be” because our primary call is to be God’s people - His priests, His children. We emphasize rhythms of being that form us into Christlikeness so that any doing flows with integrity from who we truly are. Our abiding in authentic union with Him forms us like river forms rock, slowly sculpting us into His image.

A life of Healthy Community

The Christian life is a communal life, because God is Himself a community of love: Father, Son and Spirit. In Christ, we share in the life of God together. In a day when many churches have become places of pain, we deeply desire for God to form us into a place of healing and health, embodying and witnessing to His holiness, joy, and love.

A life of redemptive Mission

Our primary missional “strategy,” if you want to call it that, is you! We believe that as you live a life of robust worship, true formation, and healthy community, your life will authentically and non-anxiously bear witness to the redemption of Jesus in word and deed among your children, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and communities. We also invite you into more structured missional opportunities.
